Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Security Officer at Elite Minerals Ghana Limited in Accra. The Security Officer will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the mining operations and premises, conducting regular patrols, monitoring surveillance systems, and responding to security incidents. Additionally, the Security Officer will collaborate with the management team to implement security protocols and procedures.
Qualifications
- Security procedures, surveillance monitoring, and emergency response skills
- Knowledge of security equipment and systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment
- Prior experience in security or law enforcement is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in security management are beneficial
