The school is looking for an operations and facilities manager who is aligned with the school’s values and can lead a team of skilled professionals in developing, managing, and enhancing the school’s facilities as well as other operational service areas.

Required Skills or Experience
Person Specification :
- Minimum of 8 years of proven experience in a building management role in a large organization ( Essential).
- Proven experience in successfully developing and creating facilities management systems and procedures in a large organization ( Essential).
- Proven experience in working in a multicultural environment ( Preferred).
- Proven experience in successfully developing and managing budgets (Essential).
- Experience in managing contracts ( Essential).
- Demonstrated experience in project management ( Essential).
- Proven extensive knowledge of best practice facilities management (Essential).
- Demonstrated high-level interpersonal skills; ability to lead and work collaboratively; flexible, creative thinker ( Essential).
- Excellent Technological Skills ( Essential).

Qualifications:
- Accredited facilities manager certification ( Essential).
- Degree in any field, preferably in building services engineering, operations management, or mechanical engineering ( Preferred).
