Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities/Duties:
Content Creation – Photography and Videography:
- Proficiently use high grade cameras for capturing high-quality photographs and videos.
- Edit and produce engaging visual content for social media, marketing, and the company’s website .
- Create a variety of multimedia materials, including short reels, interviews, and promotional videos.

Social Media Management:
- Develop and execute a social media strategy aligned with the organization’s vision and goals.
- Manage the organization’s presence on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Monitor and leverage social media trends to increase engagement and reach.
Community Engagement:
- Foster an interactive online community, engaging with gallerists, collectors, curators, art dealers and the wider community.
- Share updates, achievements, and compelling stories of the organization and its members.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Analyze social media and content performance using analytics tools.
- Provide insights and reports on engagement metrics, suggesting improvements.
Required Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in photography and videography.
- Proven track record in social media management, with demonstrable results in growing and engaging an online community.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in photo and video editing software ( Adobe Photoshop, AutoCad).
- Experienced in using high advanced camera.
- Familiarity with social media management tools.
