Role Description
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks
- Coordinate office operations, such as ordering supplies and maintaining office equipment.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Support the HR department with recruitment processes and onboarding new employees.
- Assist in organizing company meetings, and conferences.
- Collabrate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and efficient workflow.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in business administration, management or related
- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Suites
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
