Job Purpose.
To support the Client Service Manager in ensuring that all financial documentation for the branch office is correctly and precisely maintained within the context of the organization’s financial policies, procedures, and controls, allowing for the prompt creation of regular branch reports.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining a suitable book of account, such as an assets register and a stock record, at the branch.
- Assist with the accurate recording and allocation of all branch financial transactions.
- Assist in preparing the monthly variance report.
- Assist the Branch manager in preparing annual budgets for the branch.
- Assist in ensuring that all financial transactions are correctly recorded, evaluated, and allocated to the appropriate cost areas.
- Assist in the timely creation of correct monthly bank reconciliation statements, and take prompt action on reconciling items.
- Assist in presenting monthly reports on branch financial operations.
- Assist in assuring the correct implementation of internal control rules and procedures.
- Assist in the creation of monthly, quarterly, and annual income statements for the Branch Manager’s approval.
- Perform any other duties given by the Branch Manager.

Required Skill or Experience
- Accounting options: HND, BSc, or BA.
- Skills: Dynamic and innovative.
- Ability to perform successfully under pressure with little supervision;
- Ability to relate to people from various backgrounds;
- The ability to converse in English, Akan, or commonly spoken local languages will also be advantageous.
- Must be computer-literate. Required skills: MS Excel and Christian faith.
