Job Description.

Qualification and Experience
- HND or degree.
- Two or more years of experience with computer networks and system maintenance.
- Excellent writing and vocal communication abilities.
- Good interpersonal skills.

2. Client Care Officer
Job Description.
- Responding to client complaints with acceptable solutions and alternatives, and then following up to assure resolution.
- Assistance with order placement, refunds, or swaps.
- Collaborate with the customer care manager to ensure quality service • Respond to incoming calls for service inquiries, product difficulties, billing, and general client concerns.

- Regularly updating and maintaining the customer’s account with computer software applications
- Resolve, prioritize, and study client issues in a timely and accurate manner.
- Overseeing a team of junior customer service representatives who, under the guidance of the customer care representative, help to bring answers to client concerns.
