Job Summary
- Monitor and manage tickets raised by clients through the support portal.
- Act as a liaison between clients and consultants to facilitate effective communication and problem-solving.
- Ensure adherence to SLAs for addressing client issues.

Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems, particularly in the Finance, Human Capital Management, Supply Chain Management Modules.
- Familiarity with support portals and ticketing systems.
- Good understanding of processes.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
