As a Customer Success Manager at Complete Farmer, you will be a vital bridge between our company and our customers. Your role is to ensure that our clients achieve their goals and have a positive experience with our products and services. You’ll be responsible for building strong relationships, providing strategic guidance, and driving adoption and satisfaction. You’ll be the essential link between our company and our customers, guiding them through every step of their journey. From pre-onboarding to ongoing product usage, your role will be to establish and oversee channels for addressing product-related queries and issues, ensuring seamless and effective communication. Your focus will be on building strong customer relationships, gathering feedback, and optimizing our products based on user insights.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, or a related field 
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in agriculture or technology 
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to connect with diverse customers 
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with customers 
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to addressing challenges 
  • Data-driven orientation to analyze customer usage data and trends 
  • Empathetic attitude and passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences 
  • Collaborative mindset to work effectively across teams and functions

Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of our customers’ businesses, needs, and objectives 
  • Provide strategic guidance and best practices to help customers achieve their desired outcomes 
  • Support customers throughout the entire lifecycle, from pre-onboarding to ongoing product usage 
  • Establish resources for timely and effective communication with customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly 
  • Educate customers on product features, benefits, and best practices to ensure their success 
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve customer issues and ensure seamless delivery of solutions 
  • Monitor customer health and engagement, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling 
  • Conduct regular check-ins, business reviews, and product trainings with customers 
  • Serve as the voice of the customer, collecting feedback and insights to inform product development and enhancements 
  • Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of customer challenges or concerns 
  • Contribute to the creation of customer success resources, including guides, webinars, and tutorials
