Job Description/Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provides input into the formulation of operational policies and implements strategies to implementthem.
  • Prepares Action Plan and Annual Calendar for operational activites.
  • Develops standardised processing procedures and ensures compliance.
  • Develops and implements cost reduction and control programmes.
  • Sets operational targets for the Division.

  • Ability to plan, coordinate and monitor activities.
  • Excellent knowledge of principles of management and supervision.
  • Ability to motivate staff to be results-oriented.
  • Excellent supervisory / managerial skills.
  • Ability to delegate.
  • Excellent communication, leadership and Interpersonal skills.
