Qualifications & Experience
Requirements include a master’s degree in Print Technology Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a comparable discipline from an approved tertiary school, as well as 15 years of relevant professional experience after completing a bachelor’s degree. 5 years of senior management experience at a reputed institution.
Competencies
- Demonstrates strong leadership, networking, monitoring, and management skills.
- Demonstrates strong communication, conflict resolution, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrates strong negotiating, lobbying, and resource mobilization skills.
- Capable of inspiring and motivating others.
- Possesses extensive knowledge of print and related industry laws and legislation, as well as labour laws and regulations.
- Has extensive knowledge of financial, procurement, budgeting, and auditing.
