Requirements
A good first Degree in information technology, data science, management information systems, computer science, publishing studies, mass communication or any relevant social science discipline from a recognised university with a minimum of 12 years if relevant post qualification experience plus a Master’s degree in the relevant subject with at 6 years experience on a grade analogous to the post of a Director in a public service institution
OR
• A good first degree and a master’s degree in information technology, data science, management information systems, computer science, publishing studies, mass communication or any relevant social science discipline with at least 6 years post masters degree qualification experience on a grade analogous to the post of a Director in a public service institution
Age Limit: An applicant should not be above fifty-five 55 years of age on the date of appointment to the post in the Parliamentary Service.
