Position: Business Development Manager

A dynamic Real Estate and Trade company committed to delivering exceptional service and value to clients is seeking an experienced and motivated Business Development Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Research and identify new business opportunities – including new clients, growth areas, trends, partnerships, products and services
Build and nurture client relationships to ensure growth in the pipeline as well as actual business opportunities
Develop presentations and plan corporate events for existing and potential clients
Maintain media relations and build strong public relations to ensure the goodwill and image of the company
Coordinate with stakeholders to produce distinctive and responsive promotional and marketing materials

Qualification Required & Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration / Engineering
A minimum of 5 years experience in Real Estate, Facilities Management and or Construction sector

Knowledge

Project management
MS Suite
