Duties and Responsibilities
Familiarises students with the institute’s project guidelines and supervises project work initiation, execution and submission
- Reviews project work drafts and offers constructive feedback to students within reasonable timeframes
- Ensures students projects meet high-quality standards before submission to the institute

Requirements
A minimum of a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management (HRM) or related discipline
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in a middle or top-level management role
- Membership of CIHRM (Full, Chartered or Fellow) will be an added advantage
- Extensive HR experience across multiple sectors, private, public and NGO
- Ability to develop, implement and monitor HR strategies, systems, policies and processes
