Job Summary:

Responsibilities
Delivering engaging and effective lessons in accordance with the school’s curriculum.
- Developing and refining curriculum materials and teaching methods in collaboration with colleagues.
- Staying updated on educational best practices and incorporating them into teaching strategies.
- Providing guidance and mentorship to junior and new teachers.
- Leading professional development sessions and workshops.
- Observing and providing constructive feedback to peers to foster professional growth.
- Maintaining a positive and productive classroom environment.
- Implementing school-wide behavior policies and procedures.
- Addressing and resolving significant classroom management issues, supporting junior teachers as needed.

Qualification Required & Experience
have a Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field.
- have a valid state teaching certification/license in the subject area and grade level being taught.
- have a strong knowledge of subject matter and pedagogical techniques.
- have an excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- have ability to manage a classroom effectively and engage students.
- have a proficiency in educational technology and innovative teaching methods.
- have a strong organizational and time management skills.
- have ability to work collaboratively and lead teams.
- have a minimum of 5-7 years of teaching experience.
- demonstrate experience in leadership roles or mentoring.
