Specifications:
To qualify for the position mentioned above, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Experience in troubleshooting, configuring, and maintaining computer systems and networks
- Knowledge of software and hardware installation and maintenance
- Familiarity with Windows OS, Mac OS, and Linux OS
- Experience with virtualization technologies, such as VMWare and Hyper-V

- Knowledge in network protocols and tools, such as TCP/IP and Wireshark
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Experience with customer service and technical support is preferred
