Directly reports to Senior Marketing Manager
Job Summary
The Content and Social Media Manager (CSMM) will be responsible for generating content and scripts for DKT AWA (Ghana, Liberia and Sierra Leone). The CSMM will work closely with the creative designer to build content strategies, create targeted and relevant content, and distribute marketing communications to audiences both online and offline. He / She will work under the supervision of the Senior Marketing Manager to support marketing operations and achievements of the company and programmatic targets.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities
- Work with the creative designer and Brand Officers/Managers on the appropriate content for Digital, Mass Media, BTL and Trade campaigns, and see through the productions to the final product.
- Follow social trends and leverage on the ones that will benefit our brands.
- Brainstorm and generate relevant content that will resonate with our audience.
- Manage all DKT AWA digital platforms (websites, ecommerce and social media)
- Explore new platforms/technologies and advise on new avenues that will benefit our brands.
Other Duties:
- Perform other duties as may be assigned by Senior Marketing Manager/Country Director periodically.
- Ensure confidentiality in the handling of all business-related issues.

Position Objectives
- Contribute to achievement of overall DKT goals.
- To help in the achievement of DKT’s sales targets through efficient marketing campaigns and other innovative means.
- To assist in making DKT’s brands the topmost brands in their categories.
- Ensure timely reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager/Country Director

Required Skills or Experience
Statement of Skills, Knowledge & Abilities
- Must have a good insight on West African youth (Gen Z and Y)
- Must have knowledge on modern marketing strategies and channels especially Digital Marketing.
- Must have knowledge on social media management especially Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and Tik Tok.
- Must be well abreast with current trends.
- Must have good interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
- Must have a marketing mind, well organized and able to work with little supervision
- Knowledge of Website management will be a great added advantage
- Creative, strategic and analytical thinker with the ability to manage multiple projects
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree or HND (preferably in Creative Design)

- At least 2 years experience in a related field.
- Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Able to give and receive constructive criticism.
- Must have good knowledge on brands management and Public Relations.
- Must have a very good presentation skill.
