Requirements
- Proven experience as a Workshop Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of vehicle repair and maintenance
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to estimate repair costs and manage budgets
- Proficiency in using garage management software
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Minimum HND in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively
- Proximity to Accra or willingness to relocate
