Requirements
Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Additional certifications in digital forensics, Cybersecurity, or Project Management are desirable.
- Understanding of the anti-corruption landscape, including familiarity with the mandates, functions, and operations of anti-corruption investigative agencies and the judiciary.
- At least five years’ experience in designing, developing, and implementing e-justice systems and digital forensic solutions.
- Expertise in providing consultancy to governmental or law enforcement agencies on IT and digital transformation projects.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a track record of collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools, reporting software, and IT project management methodologies.
