We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accountant and Administrative Executive to manage both accounting and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain financial records, including ledgers, journals, and reconciliations.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Assist in budget preparation and financial planning processes.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Process payroll and ensure accurate and timely salary payments.
- Prepare and file tax returns and other statutory filings.
- Oversee general office operations and ensure smooth administrative functions.
- Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Support HR functions, including onboarding and employee records management.
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and service providers as needed.

Required Skills or Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Accountant, Accounting Assistant, or Administrative Executive.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in accounting and administrative roles.
- Demonstrated experience in managing financial records and administrative tasks.
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic HR functions.
Additional Information
- The individual must have a valid driving license.
- Proficiency in French is an added advantage.
