TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Oversee daily logistics operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Coordinate with various departments to streamline operations
- Monitor and manage logistics activities to ensure timely delivery and quality service
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding logistics and delivery inquiries
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain strong customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and loyalty
- Prepare and submit weekly operational reports to management
- Analyse logistics performance metrics and suggest improvements

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of a diploma or HND in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- 3 to 5 years of experience in logistics or a similar role
- Excellent command of English
- Basic knowledge of French is an advantage
- Proven track record of managing logistics operations effectively
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
