Job Summary
To provide strategic leadership, technical and administrative direction for the achievement of the mandate of the commission
Duties and Responsibilities
Initiate the formulation and implementation of policies of the commission
- Ensure effective coordination, monitoring and evaluation of the commission’s programmes
- Advise the commission on all matters relating to law reform
- Exercise oversight responsibility for the effective and efficient management of the resources (Human, material and financial) of the commission
- Represent the commission at local and international levels on matters relating to law reform
- Collaborate and build relationships with government and other stakeholders
- Submit the annual and other periodic reports on the commission’s activities
- Submit the annual budget to the commission for approval
- Ensure the implementation of performance management policy of the commission
- Serve as secretary to the Commission

Requirements
Must have been called to the Ghana Bar
- A minimum of 12 years standing at the Bar
- A Master’s Degree in relevant field
