Job Summary
Plan International Ghana is looking to recruit an experienced and qualified professional to join its rank as Project Manager to lead and provide technical expertise in the implementation and management of the SHE LEADs Project in selected districts of North East, Upper West, Ashanti and Greater Accra regions of Ghana as well as strategic overall management and coordination for the project team in the mobilisation and delivery of the project’s objectives. They will provide the day-to-day leadership of the team and will report to the Head of Programs and Influencing.

Requirements
Previous experience managing Advocacy programmes for Girls and Young Women (GYW)
- University degree in Education, Development studies, Gender Studies, Development Economics or similar related or relevant fields, although other degrees will be considered in light of candidate’s experience.
- Master’s degree in Development Studies or relevant field
- Minimum of 5 years field experience with NGOs in developing countries
- Experience in gender development projects and familiarity with the girls’ education sector in Ghana
- Previous experience of budget management within donor funded project
- Experience working in Ghana, especially in urban areas
