Job Summary
Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Oversee all activities on construction sites, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and project specifications.
- Ensure all construction projects follow building and safety regulations
- Review the work progress on daily basis
- Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors
- Will handle specification creation and modification, as well as oversee detailed design.
- Monitor project expenditures, review budget variances, and implement cost-saving measures as needed
- Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure workmanship and materials meet project standards and specifications.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and safety standards.

Qualification Required & Experience
Must be an expatriate
- Degree in construction or Civil Engineering
- 10 years Construction experience with high-rise buildings
