Job Summary
- Manage and develop procurement and supply chain strategies that support the business need and align with the organizational values, vision and goal whilst ensuring that supply chain selection criteria is clear to meet the same.
- Plan, manage and coordinate all activities related to the sourcing and procurement of supplies to ensure that supplies are available when they are needed to meet changing levels of demand for a company’s services.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 5 years experience in a Supply Chain Management role with evidence of Category Management experience in the field of health and medical centres.
- Demonstrate experience of managing high value medical contracts.
- Extensive experience in a variety of Procurement and Contracting models- familiar with using a range of contracting reimbursement models.
- Advanced negotiation skills and demonstrable awareness/understanding of dispute resolution tools and practice.
- Strategic development of Procurement Strategies and managing the process to publication and delivery.
- Extensive experience of delivering team and contractor performance management models- including strategic management of flow down requirements in multi tier environments.
- Experience of working in an integrated project team involving supplier partnering organizations.
- Experience of managing major change programs and developing team capability forecast requirements.
