Job Summary
Develop and implement recruitment strategies, tactics, funnels, and procedures. Screen, recruit, and interview potential employees. Manage the candidate experience from initial contact through to offer acceptance. Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings. Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job specifications. Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards, and internally. Source candidates through databases and social media. Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods.

Requirements
- First degree in HRM, Admin, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of working experience in recruitment.
