Responsibilities
- Generating leads, in the field and not only!
- Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients in conjunction with the Sales Manager.
- Assist in determining pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
- Preparing weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
- Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.
- Understanding and promoting company programs.
- Visiting and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
- Maintaining client records.
- Customer Relationship Management
- Updates on customer relationship management (CRM) effectively with all appropriate data.
- Sending marketing emails to customers
- Reporting on activities towards target achievement to the Sales Manager.
- Research potential targets, industries, and customers.

Qualifications
- 2 – 5 years minimum in building materials, paints, or construction sector sales. Experience in sales of construction or building materials.
- BSc in any related field (Minimum)
- Ghanaian or Any nationality (more than 5 years living in Ghana minimum)
- Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
