Job Description
- Verifying customers’ identity and verifying that all documentation is completed correctly and that they have enough money in their accounts to pay their transactions.
- Responding to client questions concerning their accounts.
- Ensuring that cash and cheques are authentic, deposit amounts and paperwork match, and transactions are entered correctly into the computer system.
- Counting the cash in your drawer before and after each work shift to verify it is balanced.
- Providing specialized services such as printing account balances and histories, ordering cards and checks, terminating accounts, issuing cashier’s checks and foreign currencies, cashing savings bonds, and processing bill payments.
- Recommending specific products and directing potential buyers to specialized firm staff.
- Maintaining computerized records of all consumer transactions.

2. I.T Technician
Job Description
- Install and configure software and functions as specified.
- Optimize local networks for performance.
- Ensure network and computer system security and privacy.
- Provide user orientation for new software and equipment.
- Schedule upgrades and maintenance without disrupting others’ work.
- Troubleshoot problems (repair, replace, and debug).
- Keep records of repairs, fixes, and maintenance schedules.
- Identify and order computer or network equipment when needed.
Qualifications & Experience
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills

- Comprehensive understanding of computer systems and networks
