This position is suitable for someone with the necessary leadership, enthusiasm, drive, and expertise to launch a new digital firm in the financial services industry. The ideal applicant will give technical leadership and management to our IT team.
The CTO is in charge of driving the strategy for application delivery, technology platforms, collaborations, and external relationships, as well as establishing and managing the technology team in a technology-driven firm that prioritizes security and reliability.
Specifically, the CTO will be in charge of architecting and scaling platforms such as payment and transaction processing, machine learning-based solutions, client-facing APIs, white-label banking platform apps (including web, native mobile, wearable, and chatbot solutions), business tools, and other solutions to meet the Company’s growing needs.

Responsibilities and Duties
Leadership & Strategy
- Identify possibilities and hazards for providing the company’s technological services as a business, including identifying competitor services, potential for innovation, and assessing marketplace trends for business success.
- Develop and lead a top-performing technical and customer support team. Evaluate and select relevant technological platforms (e.g., web application frameworks and deployment stack) to deliver company services.
- Create a financial plan/budget for technology in your organization.
Others
- Own the architecture and development process for delivering complex systems and configurations in a multi-site context, including any future updates and revisions.
- Manage software testing, information system operations, and maintenance.
- Lead the organization in predicting and responding to important technological changes.

- Lead strategic planning to meet corporate goals by identifying and prioritizing development activities and defining timeframes for evaluating, developing, and deploying all technology services.
- Supervise web application, native mobile app, and software development quality assurance using DevOps.
- Oversee partner and client integration initiatives within the Orange Tech Digital platforms.
- Attend relevant conferences and read widely to stay current on technology standards, industry trends, upcoming technologies, and best practices for software development.
- Share knowledge, coach, and educate the organization’s investors, management, employees, partners, customers, and stakeholders about the company’s technology vision, prospects, and difficulties.
- Create and maintain high-quality documentation for all applicable specifications, systems, and procedures.
- Provide financial planning and budgeting for OrangTech’s technology requirements.

Competencies:
What specific talents, experiences, and accomplishments should you possess?
- Master of Technology or Business Administration (MBA) with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering/STEM
- Must have 5–10 years of prior expertise in customer-facing product design and engineering, focused on UI/UX.
- Outstanding leadership, negotiating, management, problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong experience in using software engineering abilities and experiences to automate all areas of the operational delivery and management process, from build/test/deploy, monitoring and alerting, to automatic failover and capacity management.
- Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
- A respected thought leader with established industry presence leads internal and external efforts to promote the vision and adaptation of digital technologies.
