ABOUT THE ROLE:

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) is in charge of coordinating business objectives with employees and management in specified business units. Moreover, The job develops partnerships throughout the HR function to provide value-added services to management and workers that align with the organization’s business objectives.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Holds regular meetings with the appropriate business units.
  • Consult with line management and provide HR advice as needed.
  • Support managers in effectively staffing their teams by ensuring inclusion in how we recruit, train, and promote.
  • Supervise workforce planning, recruitment, and onboarding procedures to ensure that business units have the right individuals in the correct roles.
  • Support organizational change projects by assisting staff to adapt to new processes and technologies.
  • Develop a positive workplace culture that encourages employee involvement and satisfaction.
  • Manage training and development programs to improve staff skills and capabilities for business units.
  • Participate in the evaluation and monitoring of training programmes to ensure their success. Also, Follows up to verify the training objectives are satisfied.
  • Analyzes trends and metrics in collaboration with the HR team to provide solutions, programs, and policies.
  • Manages and resolves significant employee relations concerns. Performs competent, thorough, and objective investigations.
  • Maintains a thorough understanding of the legal standards governing personnel management daily, reducing legal risks and maintaining regulatory compliance.
  • Line managers receive daily performance management guidance (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary measures).
  • Collaborates with management and employees to strengthen workplace connections, boost morale, and promote productivity and retention.
  • Offers HR policy help and interpretation.
  • Creates contract conditions for new workers, promotions, and transfers.
  • Provides advice and insight on business unit restructuring and succession planning.
  • Performs other related tasks as assigned.

COMPENSATION: Competitive

Required Skill or Experience

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Social Sciences, or comparable discipline.
  • A minimum of five years experience handling complicated employee relations issues.
  • Experience as a Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP).
  • Working knowledge of a variety of human resource disciplines, including remuneration methods, organizational diagnosis, employee and union relations, diversity, performance management, and applicable federal and state employment regulations.
  • Professional certification in human resource management, or the ability to earn certification within one year of work.
