The Overview of Rhema Energy’s Employment:
- Inspect financial records to ensure accuracy and overall IFS compliance.
- Keep appropriate cashbook and perform bank reconciliations and ensure their sign-off not later than 3 days after the end of the month.
- Ensure efficient processing of payments considering the applicable withholding taxes.

- Perform petty cash management and its reconciliations and ensure sign-off not later than 3 days after the end of the month.
- Ensure timely filing of statutory returns (Tax and Pension funds) and ensure their timely payments.
- Perform balance sheet items reconciliations.
- Create appropriate files for audit purposes.
- Communicate with clients regarding billing and payments.
- Maintaining the billing system.
- Generating invoices and account statements.
- Perform accounts receivables and payables reconciliation and following up on any reconciliation difference with the affected customer or supplier/creditor for a resolution.

- Perform timely inventory reconciliations and ensure agreement with Operation department’s reports and that of NPA and discrepancies (if any) are resolved.
- Performing timely reconciliations between sub-ledgers and general ledgers.
- Liaise with Finance Manager to investigate and resolve any irregularities or enquiries from clients.
- Any other responsibilities to be determined by line manager.

Educational and Professional Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or a related field required.
- Must have ACCA qualification or ICAG minimum level II.
- Highly skilled in the use of Microsoft Office Tools
- Familiar with the use of accounting system software (Factura preferred)
- Must have key attention to detail.

- Strong critical thinking skills and able to work independently with little supervision.
- Must have great sense of initiative on their job.
