Job Description/Requirements

Finance Intern Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work under the supervision of business services division management, adhering to accounting and administrative processes.
  • Collect, understand, process, verify, and report accounting-related information to the vertical head.
  • Perform professional analytical and management support tasks.
  • Assist in preparing monthly or weekly financial reports.
  • Develop and utilize spreadsheets, databases, and other computer applications.
  • Manage specialized information, reports, and forms related to fees, billing, and project tracking.
  • Enter information into the company’s financial accounting system.

Admin Intern Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Handle all administrative tasks for the business, including client invoices and transaction tracking.
  • Prospect and secure at least one new client for CH Business Consult during the internship period.
  • Design and publish marketing materials for the business.
  • Ensure prompt collection of outstanding receivables and resolve customer complaints efficiently.
  • Prospect for new customers to expand the customer base.
  • Adhere to company policies and regulations and promote positive brand reputation.

MUST READ:

Skills and Specifications:

  • Proficiency in numbers, strong math skills, and knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis.
  • Ability to collect, evaluate, and interpret data in statistical and narrative forms.
  • Capable of file preparation, record maintenance, and effective communication.
  • Problem-solving, data entry, and computer proficiency, including various software applications.
  • Availability for remote work with at least two physical presence requirements per month.

Education and Qualifications:

  • HND or first degree in business, accounting, or economics.
  • Working laptop and reliable internet access required for remote work
