Job Description/Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and Manage Client Relationships: Regularly update Hubspot Business Development Pipelines to ensure all deal information is current.
  • Attend calls with both prospective and existing clients to take thorough notes, delineate action items, and manage follow-up activities to maintain active relationships.
  • Conduct Research and Analysis: Perform exhaustive market research to identify new clients and discover emerging market trends.
  • Refine Foundervine’s value proposition and offerings to meet the requirements of potential partners based on market data.
  • Conduct a thorough analysis of market data to spot gaps and areas where Foundervine’s services could be beneficial.
  • Lead Generation and Client Prospecting: Utilise a blend of traditional and digital channels for lead generation, including cold calling, networking events, and digital outreach initiatives.
  • Conduct in-depth research on prospective clients to assess their needs and how they align with Foundervine’s strategic goals.
  • Issue and analyse Net Promoter Score (NPS) surveys to gauge client satisfaction and areas for improvement.
  • Keep client details meticulously updated in monitoring tools like Owler and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Sales Assets and Enablement: Assist in the creation of persuasive client presentations to effectively convey Foundervine’s value proposition.
  • Periodically review and suggest modifications to Foundervine’s public-facing assets like websites and social media channels.
  • Maintain a library of readily deployable proposal templates using platforms like Beautiful.AI and Canva

MUST READ:

  • Facilitate the smooth transition of qualified leads into long-term clients by employing a well-defined, 7-phased account management strategy.
  • Sales Planning and Strategy Implementation: Actively participate in the implementation of Foundervine’s Account Management and Revenue Operations Strategies.
  • Provide assistance in the development of tactical plans aimed at achieving revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing and Programs teams to align Revenue Operations, targets, and overall company sales objectives.
  • Reporting and Administrative Tasks: Maintain a meticulous record of all deal activities, partner interactions, and negotiations in Hubspot.
  • Create and present detailed reports on deal performance, revenue, and other key performance indicators to senior management.
  • Collect and organise pertinent information for regular business development meetings.
  • Take responsibility for organising Revenue Operations meetings, collaborating with the Chief Operations Officer to set the agenda and inform participants in advance.
  • Regularly researching and applying for suitable grants and public tenders

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (desirable)
  • Around 3 years of experience in B2B business development.
  • Proficiency in Hubspot, Owler, Asana, Notion, and Google Suite.
  • Experience in creating proposals and tender documentation.
