Job Summary
As the Finance Manager, your proficiency in SAP Business One will play a pivotal role in steering our financial strategies while ensuring compliance and transparency. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams (production, logistics, procurement, sales, HR, etc.). You will be responsible for developing and executing financial plans that support our business objectives and drive profitability.
Key duties and responsibilities
- Financial Strategy
Develop and implement financial strategies using SAP Business One, aligned with our growth objectives. - Reporting and Analysis
Utilizing various tools to prepare, analyze, and present various financial reports, offering insights to drive informed decisions. - Budget Management
Lead budgeting and forecasting processes with SAP Business One, optimizing resource allocation. - Cash Flow
Oversee cash flow, manage accounts payable and receivable, and maintain optimal working capital. - Compliance
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, supported by the internal control policies and internal auditor. - Team Leadership
Mentor and guide a team of finance professionals, fostering growth and collaboration.

Required Skills or Experience
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field (Chartered Accountant preferred).
- Proven track record as a Finance Manager or similar role in the manufacturing sector.
- Strong knowledge of financial principles, regulations, and standards.
- Proficiency in SAP Business One and financial software, with advanced MS Excel skills; familiarity with ERP systems is required.
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Detail-oriented mindset, with the ability to handle complex financial data accurately.
- Strategic thinker, capable of aligning financial goals with broader business strategies, utilizing SAP Business One capabilities.
