Responsibilities:
- Oversee building and grounds maintenance, recommending improvements.
- Manage housekeeping and ensure a clean, safe environment.
- Implement security and emergency preparedness procedures.
- Conduct regular inspections and manage vendor/contractor work.
- Lead Health & Safety initiatives, including training and policy development.

Qualifications:
