Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily farm operations including cocoa cultivation, agroforestry, and fruit production.
- Set up free range chicken production and fish farm.
- Manage and train farm staff, ensuring efficient maintenance of existing plots.
- Oversee planting, harvesting, and post-harvest activities.
- Maintain farm equipment and infrastructure.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of farm activities and production.
- Coordinate with management to achieve farm production goals.
Qualifications:
- At least agric Diploma
- Some knowledge of cocoa cultivation, agroforestry, and fruit production.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
- Commitment to sustainable and environmentally friendly farming practices.
