Requirements
A Research Master’s Degree preferably a Master of Philosophy/PhD in Biological Science, Physical Science, Engineering, Computer science, environmental science / Engineering, energy technology or any relevant science discipline from a recognised university with a minimum of 6 years of relevant post qualification experience on a grade analogous to the post of a Director in a public service institution
• Must have authored several policy and research papers of international repute in science and technology for governments and international organisations
Age Limit: An applicant should not be above fifty-five 55 years of age on the date of appointment to the post in the Parliamentary Service.
