Requirements
Masters degree in M&E (in a relevant field) or its equivalent
- Familiarity with program cycle management approaches and tools – including participatory planning, monitoring and evaluation of development programs
- Understanding of financial controls and procedures
- Significant experience in local and international development, including an understanding of issues of governance, accountability and rights
- Direct experience in program appraisal, monitoring and evaluation and of developing partners’ capacity
- Report writing for donors
- Experience in facilitation, training and network building
