Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Property Manager located in Accra. The Assistant Property Manager will be responsible for assisting in property operations, coordinating maintenance requests, managing tenant relations, and ensuring the overall smooth functioning of the properties.

- Property Management, Real Estate, and Construction knowledge
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in property management software
- Experience in property management or real estate industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, or related field
