For this reason, Wilmar Africa Limited is advertising an amazing job vacancy, IT Officer. The incumbent will collaborate with our IT Infrastructure Team Lead to drive excellence in our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Provide 1″ Level Support to all IT Infrastructure related issues
- Design, Implementation and Administration of physical security solutions including CCTV and electric fence systems.
- Provide and deploy IT and Network equipment.
- Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners

- Manage assets including maintenance of all IT inventory, life cycle management and related documentations
- Complete projects by coordinating resources and timetables with user departments and data center.

Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or
Computer Science is required. - Strong proficiency in physical security systems.
- Minimum working experience of 3 years in Information
Technology - Strong proficiency in IT products such as Palo Alto, Microsoft Windows Server OS, Lenovo, Cisco etc.
- Strong proficiency in IT outsourcing and vendor management.
- Strong proficiency in networking and end-user computing.
- Professional Certification in at least CCNA will be an
added advantage.
