Position Overview
This is a full-time position located on-site for an Account Officer based in Ashaiman. The Account Officer will take charge of documenting financial information, evaluating financial data, overseeing finance operations, and providing exceptional customer service. The position will likewise require ongoing interaction with clients and internal teams to aid financial operations and reporting.
Duties
- Oversee daily transactions, such as accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliation.
- Conduct consistent, thorough audits to verify precision in financial records, spending, and investments.
- Create budgets that satisfy the needs of company divisions.
- Generate and showcase financial statements for gatherings and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the team to oversee, allocate funds, anticipate, and communicate the organization’s financial condition.
- Create regular financial reports for management, including income statements and balance sheets.
- Help with tax audits and tax filings.
- Conduct internal and external audits to guarantee adherence.
- Keep informed about industry laws and regulatory standards.
- Guarantee adherence to legal regulations and company guidelines.
Qualifications
- Expertise in crafting Financial Statements and overseeing Finance operations
- Robust analytical abilities and capacity to analyze financial information.
- Outstanding Customer Support and Communication Abilities
- Focus on intricacies and capability to function autonomously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a similar discipline.
- Prior experience in a comparable position is beneficial.
