Role Description
- Greet and welcome visitors in courteous and professional manner
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct visitors to appropriate person or department.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mails, packages, and deliveries
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for meetings
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filling and photocopying.
- Provide general administrative support to other departments as needed
- Uphold security procedures by monitoring visitor access and issuing visitor badges.

Skills & Qualifications
- A minimum HND, Degree in Secretariat, Business Administration or related field.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or a similar role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite(Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling administrative tasks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
