An experienced and reliable Cleaner is needed at Groupe Sebastien. The Cleaner will be responsible for cleaning floors, maintaining outside grounds, dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, and ensuring restrooms are neat and in order.

Responsibilities:
The Cleaners’ core duties involve executing our standards on cleanliness specifications, both inside and outside of the restaurant as well; it will also include
- Cleaning restaurant areas, common areas, offices, hallways, and bathrooms
- Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors of various types.
- Dusting ceilings, light fittings, countertops, and loose furniture.
- Scrubbing and sanitizing toilets, sinks, and kitchen fixtures.
- Emptying trash cans.
- Washing and drying windows.
- Liaising with the line manager to ensure that you have sufficient cleaning products at all times.
- Reporting any breakages that occur during the cleaning process.
- Informing the line manager of repairs that need to be done.
- Dust and polish various surfaces
- Restock bathrooms with supplies
- Empty trash bins
- Keep track of cleaning schedule
Qualification Required & Experience
Requirements
- SHS /WASSCE Certificate or HND from a recognized university
- Minimum of 1 year cleaning experience
- Knowledge on the effective usage of cleaning tools and materials
- Good communication skills
- Punctual and reliable
- High integrity
- A high standard for Cleanliness
- Ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to work under pressure
- Attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions
- Time-management skills
REMUNERATION
Qualified candidate will be paid a monthly salary range of GHS700 – GHS800, with Service Charge, Overtime, SSNIT Contribution payment, hospital allowance and staff lunch.
