Main duties, tasks & skills required
- To coordinate and ensure a high standard of patient care is delivered in an effective and efficient manner reflecting the overall philosophy of the service. To assess, plan, implement, deliver, and evaluate care in line with local and national guidelines.
- Act as a role model delivering care as an Autonomous Practitioner in a haemodialysis setting within the satellite environment, working within agreed protocols and guidelines. Supervise junior and unregistered nurses in the delivery of care to chronically sick renal patients in varying stages of illness and from diverse ethnic backgrounds.
- Contribute to the development of a learning culture to ensure the growth and development of the nursing team and students. Successful achievement of competencies and training is required to facilitate the full undertaking of the role.

Essential
RN Level 1
Relevant speciality course or equivalent
Teaching /assessor qualification
Salary: £25147.00 to £27596.00 Yearly
