The AKAYA Paid Internship Programme is now accepting applications for the summer of 2024.
The three-month paid internship for female Ghanaian university students will begin in mid-July. In addition to performing their assigned tasks and responsibilities for AKAYA, interns will participate in a rigorous mentoring programme and work together to develop a social action project.
This internship programme is only open to interested persons who are willing to work for the AKAYA Foundation in administrative and other capacities for two to three months before interning with Remoteli.

Programme Objectives:
- To build experience in the respective internship roles on offer, thus, ensuring career readiness through the practical skills, knowledge, and confidence gained.
- To receive mentorship and guidance from experienced professionals in their respective fields.
- To provide an opportunity to contribute to AKAYA’s mission through meaningful project work.
- To develop crucial personal and professional skills that will contribute to the next generation of female leaders.
