Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of pizza recipes, ensuring high quality and consistency.
- Create and design new pizza specials, incorporating seasonal ingredients and customer feedback.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Manage inventory, including ordering and stock rotation, to ensure all ingredients are fresh and readily available.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, sharing your knowledge and passion for pizza making.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pizza Chef in a fast-paced restaurant.
- Proficiency in pizza dough preparation, hand-stretching, and gas-fired oven cooking
- Creative flair and a passion for culinary innovation.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
