Duties
- Main: Act as first point of contact and manage all company clients and customers at the front desk
- Greeting visitors
- Managing calls, concerns and queries and provide satisfactory customer service
- Handling queries and complaints via phone, email and general correspondence
- Transferring calls as necessary

- Taking and ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff members in time
- Managing meeting room availability
- Perform other duties as required

Qualification, Experience & Requirement
- Female preferable
- Age: 25 to 35 years
- Minimum of 1 year experience in similar position is required

- Working days: 8am to 5pm each day
Salary: GHS 2000.00
