AT Ghana has a new career opening. The successful candidate will join our team as a Regional Support Executive, MFS in the Mobile Financial Services (MFS) Department.
(S)He will report to the Regional Support Manager, MFS and will be responsible for providing real-time support to the MFS regional teams to ensure their support for agents, merchants, and third-party companies.
The Regional Support Executive, MFS will also facilitate all onboarding requests as well as compliant resolutions from the regional teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Charged with achieving 100% SLA when it comes to complaint resolution from the regional MFS teams.
- Be the direct single point of contact for the MFS regional teams within the regions and provide real-time resolution of trade issues the regional MFS teams will have.
- Charged with the validation of KYC documentation and creation of agent and merchant accounts as per request from the regional MFS teams.
- Responsible for verifying all agents and merchant PIN reset requests and completing these requests within agreed SLAs with the regional teams.
- Responsible for performing UATs after product development and other periodic tests to ensure agreed business processes are adhered to.
- Proactively detect and escalate all suspicious activities to their line managers for redress.
- Directly involved in all training schedules for agents, partners and merchants as agreed with the direct line manager.
- Keep proper records of all KYC documentation of agents, merchants and partners as received from regional teams.
- Train agents, merchants, and aggregators on MFS to equip them on how to effectively deliver on their KPIs.

Required Qualification and Experience
- Minimum of a good first-degree
- 2 –3 years experience in Sales and Marketing and other related discipline
