Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Agronomist at Demeter Ghana Ltd in Kumasi and its environs. The Sales Agronomist will be responsible for providing agronomic services, promoting and selling agricultural inputs, managing and growing their distribution network, and facilitating market access for smallholder farmers.

Qualifications
- Soil Science, Plant Nutrition, and Agriculture skills
- Proven experience in sales
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Knowledge of sustainable agricultural practices
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset – ability to work independently and as part of a teamx
- Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Soil Science, Agriculture, or related field
- Valid driving license and driving competency is a plus
