Purpose of Job:
To work towards achieving specific sales goals and revenue targets.

Responsibilities:
- Prospecting, lead generation, and closing of deals.
- Sales presentations, demonstrations, and sales activations.
- Relationship building and leveraging relationships for potential business opportunities

- Sales reporting, forecasting, and analysis.
- Collaboration with internal departments to drive sales effort.
- Customer relationship and management.
Education/Experience:
- A good first degree with relevant certification in insurance, marketing, sales, or any related course. An MBA can be an advantage.
Experience:
- 5 to 10 years experience in a sales role.
- Experience in leading and managing sales teams effectively.

- Having in-depth knowledge and experience in understanding industry dynamics, customer needs, and competitive factors.
- Achieving and exceeding sales targets and the ability to close significant deals are important.
