To succeed in the role of housekeeper you will need the following qualities and skills.
- Outstanding attention to detail
- A can-do attitude
- All guest amenities are monitored and in line with KPI’s.

- All linen is accounted for in line with KPI’s.
- Adherence to all COSHH guidelines and process
- All public areas are maintained to the highest of standards.
- Maintain high standards throughout hotel.
- Always ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Display a ‘hands on’ approach maintaining the highest possible service standards.
- Management of team on shift
- To ensure all Health Safety obligations are complied with and relevant training takes place.
- A great multitasker.
The requirements for the role are as follows:
- Previous Experience as a Housekeeping Manager.
- Experience of Pre-Opening Hotels (Preferred)
- Experience of a branded hotel (Preferred)
